From Beyond the Wall of Sleep

An old CRT television displays a talking head, an elderly man being interviewed*. The transmission is continuously breaking up, sliding off to static and back. The only bits coming through are loose sentences about sleep and awakening, with more or less obscure references to philosophy and spirituality.

*Source: Yrjö Kallinen (1886–1976, a theosophist, pacifist, politician and a former Minister of Defence of finland) interviewed by Hilkka Pietilä for YLE in 1971. Manipulated and distorted with analogue signal processing.
