In other news, I just received a couple of quite amazing books for the Some Place Else shop, namely Strange Attractor Journals 1 and 2. Couldn’t say it any better than they do: “Strange Attractor celebrates unpopular culture. We declare war on mediocrity and a pox on the foot soldiers of stupidity.” And they look very beautiful, too!

Related to Strange Attractor, Raagnarok deliver “an exotic soundtrack to your own personal apocalypse” employing an electric sitar and a Micro Korg synth. My personal apocalypse seems something to look forward to, as their trippy soundscape feels pleasant and soothing.
